I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, with a full kitchen available and a small but delicious breakfast buffet. The staff, especially the ladies who checked us in, were lovely and extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking taxis. The location, although rather off from the city center, is in a newish 'CBD' area that is developing nicely. The dining experience had a good variety to satisfy everyone, especially with authentic Italian pizza. The facilities were well-kept and convenient.

I stayed at Fraser Suites Nanjing from 22 May to 19 June 2011 for a business trip. The hotel is located in the Jianye district, a newish 'CBD' area developed by the local government. The rooms, despite being in a separate building, did not meet my expectations and seriously need a better design. The location, though 5 minutes walk away from attractions, is quite far from the city center which might be appealing in a few years. The service was absolutely brilliant; the staff was very friendly, always willing to help customers actively finding solutions like recommending restaurants and booking taxis. The dining experience was good, with a variety of choices and attentive staff in the restaurant. Overall, the hotel offers a promising stay yet has room for improvement in the room design and central location.
